It proves that this round's outcome was fixed before you played. The server published only the hash of its secret seed first and could not change the outcome later without breaking the commitment.
It does not prove that the odds or return to player (RTP) are favorable. Randomness integrity and winning odds are separate; the odds and RTP are explained in the game rules.
